Sprouts is more than a workplace, it is a home – a safe haven, where there is constant encouragement, opportunities for students and teachers to gain exposure in various fields. I cannot ask for a better school to teach and learn! I enjoy teaching the students as well as learning from them. Every single day, there are new things to learn or see, which makes the work exciting and challenging. I believe every day is a new opportunity to learn and my main goal is to prepare the students to be successful in the rest of their school years and to be life-long learners. The school always looks at providing the teachers with professional development and mentors to guide us. The school does not focus on just academics but looks into developing deeper bonds outside the classroom. The students are encouraged to use their gifts and develop their talents to grow into well-groomed individuals.

A Montessori teacher works in a dynamic environment where a lot of learning, movement, exploration and activity keeps happening. Each child is unique and the adult works with the child individually in order to meet their needs and interests. In Sprouts, there are beautiful and ample materials on various topics that are offered by the adult to the child as required for their development. For me each day is a surprise, joy and wonder - learning something new every day. I have a lot of memories with each of the children I work with, that I will always cherish. The multiple workshops conducted by Sprouts for teachers , also help me to further enhance my skills. My experience in Sprouts has been great in the truest sense; it has made me more creative, bold and confident.

Sprouts gives us the freedom to implement our ideas in teaching. The main thing is there’s no hierarchy and everyone is very friendly and supportive. For online classes, as a team, we planned the schedule to provide a comfortable learning experience for the children covering academic and cocurricular activities to keep their learning fun and productive.
It was a surprise when they were so comfortable working through an online medium. I thank the parent body for their immense support.

At Sprouts, I have grown leaps and bounds as an individual. Smita Ma'am has been unbelievably inspiring and it makes me push myself a step above my comfort zone! We stand here as a team as proud as one can be! Cheers to SPROUTS!

Working in Sprouts has been a great opportunity to mingle with many like-minded adults coming from varied backgrounds. Each person brings something special to the school and it has been wonderful to learn from each and every person I have worked with. It is heartening to see how much we are able to offer to the children though on an online platform right now. This proves that the school truly believes in providing the best experience to the children.

I have been part of the sprouts family since last year. I just love the way Sprouts cares for the children and always works for their all round development. They have seamlessly stitched the curriculum with the co-curriculars and no child is left out. Every child is whole heartedly encouraged to take part in every activity and event. While we teachers follow the child, the school follows the teachers' needs and every one of us has the freedom to voice our ideas and opinions. Being part of Sprouts team has been my best learning experience too. I continue to learn many new concepts that help me to help the children as well as to develop myself. It's a lifetime experience working in Sprouts.

Sprouts has given me the space I have needed to grow and be a better educationist each day. The atmosphere fosters the responsibility of producing young children who are both academically and emotionally smart. One of the best decisions in my life so far is to be associated with Sprouts.

Sprouts nourishes our faith and provides the liberty to work with our ideas. It has not only been a safe and comfortable environment for a child to learn and develop but also for me as a teacher. It’s a place where I have learnt invaluable lessons that will stay with me for a lifetime.

It is my third year with Sprouts and my experience teaching here has been most enjoyable. I teach my students and there is so much that I learn from them every day. It is extremely gratifying to see students grow to achieve their milestones every year. I am proud to be a part of this wonderful family that prepares children not just for marks but for life.
